Each network hosts regular meetings and has its own online collaboration space on Basecamp.
These networks have been set up to approach specific topics for Community Investment colleagues in the housing sector.
The Centre Connects is a new format for regional networks, where we host all English regions on the same day around a shared theme. This will replace standalone regional networks in England (we will continue to run separate networks for Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales – colleagues from these countries are welcome to join us for these events).

Disabled people are the biggest minority group in the UK with 14.6m people currently registered as disabled. Despite 21% of working adults being classed as disabled the emphasis on disability in social housing still tends to focus predominantly on the over 55s. Here we talk about the impact of this and what more can be done to support.
The Racial Equality Group recently held an online event to discuss the disproportionate impact the cost of living crisis has on social housing residents, especially those from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities, who are more likely to be on low income.
