A new report entitled ‘Tenancy management in the social housing sector: Exploring new models and changes in the tenant-landlord relationship’ will be launched by HACT at the National Housing Federation’s Annual Conference and Exhibition in Birmingham this September.
The report is jointly funded by Yarlington Housing Group and Trafford Housing Trust and explores different models of tenancy management, from a light-touch to hands-on approaches. The report also investigates issues around pre-tenancy training and fixed-term tenancies, what expertise is needed to implement new models, and how the sector is responding to challenges in the current climate.
The National Housing Federation's Annual Conference and Exhibition, running from 17-19 September in Birmingham will see Mary-Kathryn Rallings, Research Manager at HACT, introduce the report before Phyllida Culpin (Director of Customer and Community Services at Yarlington) and project participants (representatives from Trafford Housing Trust, Bromford, BPHA, Derwent Living, Moat, North Hertfordshire Homes, and Poplar HARCA) hold an interactive panel discussion.
Please note you will need to be an attending delegate of the NHF Annual Conference to attend this event.
